Flashlight Bug - flashaholics.co.uk

on June 16th, 2008 by admin

It seems I have caught the flashlight bug after I was given a Fenix L2D earlier this year.

While browsing the net for my next acquisition I stumbled across flashaholics.co.uk who have some great new products that I have not seen before in the UK. The Zebralight headlamps really caught my eye and there are two models available, the H30 and H50 - both run on a single battery and have wide flood beams. They look like a great alternative to the head torches of old and could lend themselves to a variety of tasks.

Other head torches are available on the site from LED Lenser including the Headfire Revolution Focus, which is the first focusable head light I have seen. The level of brightness is also fully adjustable so it can be used for everything from distance work to reading.

I will no doubt be buying at least one the above in the near future, and will report back to let you know how they perform in the real world.
